Dr. Buck offers the most advanced and effective procedures for achieving and maintaining your skin's health and beauty. These include non-cosmetic and cosmetic procedures as well as a large selection of affordable, awesome skin care products and sun-blocks that are all carefully selected for your specific skin care needs.

Non-Cosmetic Procedures:

Full Body Exams, or Cutaneous Exams: Also called mole checks, Dr. Buck recommends at least YEARLY exams on everyone and sometimes more frequently for patients at risk – those patients with a known history of melanoma symptoms, multiple skin cancer, etc.  When should someone come in for one of these exams? Usually we do them from late adolescence onward, but if there is a family history of abnormal or atypical moles or a child who has many moles or atypical-appearing moles, then any age is appropriate. During those visits, Dr. Buck and her staff are focused on detecting what she calls "the have to's." These are the growths or lesions which "have to" or should be removed because they may pose some risk to your health. She also briefly discusses what she likes to call "the want to's." These are the growths that are bothersome, irritating or annoying. Many, if not most, of them can be removed and put through the insurance. Additional visits may be needed to totally remove the growth. 

Wart Treatments: Ask us about Dr. Buck's trade-marked "Perma-Rid" treatments for those annoying hard-to get-rid-of warts. Although it usually involves more than one treatment and a three-step easy home treatment (with fully written instructions), she has treated many thousands of warts over her 20 years in practice and has fully eradicated them with NO scarring and NO recurrence.

Botox also works very well at stopping that annoying, persistent eye-twitching, clinically known as hemifacial or bilateral ocular blepharospasm.

Cosmetic Procedures: 

Dr. Buck offers a multitude of state-of-the-art nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. She is an experienced, 20 year "core" injector of neuromodulators such as Xeomin, Botox and others as well as a variety of fillers, including Radiesse, Belotero, Juvéderm, Voluma and others. Trust in knowing that these products are being performed by a board-certified dermatologist.

With her injection of the neuromodulators such as Botox, Dr. Buck uses her trademarked technique called "Delitique," which is more gentle with less pain and bruising. She also has a great deal of experience injecting fillers. Her injections are always done very gently with a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort. Dr. Buck takes great pride in having her patients look and feel softer, younger and sexier but still natural and not "silly" or "overdone." She always does a full consultation with all of her patients to determine their best treatment options. She will be very honest and tells all of her patients if they are good candidates for one of these procedures.  She is ALWAYS  financially mindful. • Skin Care Consultations: For sun-damaged aging skin, a complete program will be designed for you specifically and with your best interests and financial comfort first and foremost.

• Botox/Xeomin: Dr. Buck is an advanced, experienced injector of these and other neuromodulators. She has trademarked her gentle injection technique called "Delitique." Look for our upcoming specials on injectables. Dr. Buck prides herself on making her patients look rested, natural and softer.

• Fillers: State-of-the-art fillers for volume loss in the face and hands, including Juvéderm, Voluma, Radiesse, Belotero Balance and others. Dr. Buck is an experienced, advanced injector of these products. While many practitioners are quite good, please beware. They are not skin care- or plastic surgery-rained. Once again, cosmetics is an easily financially exploitable area, so please choose your practitioners carefully. While "price-shopping" is being financially mindful, the old adage "You get what you pay for" may apply.

• Laser: This is used for hair reduction, photogenesis and small veins on the face and legs. Dr. Buck always does a consultation first to determine if you are a good candidate for laser treatments. Photogenesis is excellent for reducing redness in the face, smoothing out the tone and texture of your skin and reducing fine lines and creases. It is REAL laser that actually builds your own collagen – unlike IPL, which is simply light. For the small reddish or bluish face or leg veins, there are usually one or two treatments needed. But for leg veins, a consultation and often a noninvasive Doppler study are needed first to determine if the laser will work. For the "red dots," or angiomas, this laser is EXCELLENT. It is quick, painless and often covered by insurance. One treatment, and they disappear over a period of one to two weeks. For hair reduction, Dr. Buck's laser is great for smaller areas such as the face, underarms and bikini area. It usually requires four to six treatments spaced three to four weeks apart (because the hair goes through four growth cycles). A consultation is needed first, and pricing depends on the area and amount of laser treatment needed.
